Writing-for-Wellness Workshops

Writing-for-Wellness Workshops encourage attendees to explore writing in a supportive, enjoyable, and creative environment. It is a holistic approach to personal and professional development.

​Every workshop includes mindfulness, relaxation, expressive writing, reflective questioning, and engaging activities. This holistic approach enables individuals to seamlessly incorporate writing-for-wellness into their daily lives, promoting a harmonious life.

No previous experience in writing or journaling is needed to participate in and benefit from this workshop. 

​

Tailored to meet the specific needs of your group, Writing-for-Wellness workshops can adapt to focus on various applications of expressive wellness, such as:

Alleviating compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma for at-risk professionals (e.g., social workers, healthcare providers, counselors).

Following our conversation, I will craft a detailed workshop proposal for your review. This will include customized learning objectives aligned with your group's requirements, as well as information on logistics and the associated costs.

Scheduling the Workshop

Once we agree on the proposal, we will coordinate a suitable date for the workshop. I will then come to your chosen location to conduct the immersive and energizing Writing-for-Wellness workshop.
